Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lights, Camera, Loo's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Lights, Camera, Loo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lights, Camera, Loo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Lights, Camera, Loo may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
